Anthony Malenga, ACCA, AZICA, BSc (Hons) Consultant.

Anthony is a Certified Chartered Accountant and member of the Association Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) UK. He also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Applied Accounting with Honors from Oxford Brookes University UK and currently pursuing MBA studies with Herriot Watt University through Edinburgh Business School.
He started his professional career in January 2003 as a Fund Accountant at Cavmont Group in the Corporate & Merchant Banking wing. He went on to become Assistant Manager-Asset Management managing pension funds of various corporate entities and providing investment & corporate finance advisory. He has considerable experience in treasury management, finance and management
Accounting, taxation, asset management, corporate finance & investment analysis and insurance & risk management. At the Cavmont Group, he managed the following pension funds:

  • National Breweries Pension Trust Scheme
  • Motor Mart Group Pension Trust Scheme
  • Copperbelt Energy Corporation (CEC) Pension Trust Scheme
  • Toyota Zambia Limited Pension Trust Scheme
  • National Savings & Credit Pension Trust Scheme

He was also instrumental in the launching of the second corporate bond on the Zambian
market for Lunsefwa Hydro Power Company to the value of US$ 7 million.

Kondwani Ngwira Consultant

Kondwani is a Consultant with Envisio Business Consultants and has more than ten years of experience of consulting. He started his career with Deloitte and Touché in 1988.
Kondwani’s expertise lies in the implementation of financial systems for our clients. He was member of the team that implemented computer aided audit techniques for the Ministry of Finance and National Planning – Internal Audit Department. Furthermore, he has been involved in a lot of financial management and computerisation assignments involving accounting and payroll systems for the following organisations:

  • Mpelembe Secondary School;
  • Electoral Commission of Zambia;
  • Agip Zambia Limited;
  • Chibuluma Mines Plc
  • Jovenna Zambia Limited
  • Zambia Wildlife Authority (ZAWA)

Mpe Mbetwa FCCA, FZICA Partner

Mpe is a founding partner of Envisio Business Consultants. He is Certified Chartered Accountant and a fellow member of Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA), United Kingdom and Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA)

He joined the Partnership in 2007, the year the partnership was established, as the first Managing Partner. He launched his career by joining major Accounting firms, such as PricweaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte, in 2002 and 2006 respectively. His experience is in the Audit/accounting, financial Advisory and taxation services. His has serviced both Private and Prarastal companies, Small and medium Sized Companies across industries. Following that, he held a succession of senior positions at National Breweries Plc and Clear Channel Independent Zambia.

Teza F. Kowa FCCA, Partner

He is a qualified Chartered Accountant with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), with 16 years’ work experience in the accounting and finance profession. His most recent position was as Financial Controller – Bilateral Development Cooperation with the Embassy of Sweden in Lusaka, the third largest foreign mission in Africa with over 40 employees. He was part of the overall Quality Assurance system within development cooperation at the Embassy and was responsible for ensuring quality assurance within the Development Cooperation Section for Zambia. He was also involved in the planning, assessment, evaluation, control, quality assurance and monitoring of financial contributions to all projects and programmes. In addition, he was also involved in controlling and advising, including competence development of Embassy staff.
He previously held roles in accounting, finance and audit in Harare, Zimbabwe, with the African Capacity Building Foundation (ACBF) for 7 years. ACBF is an independent, capacity-building institution established in 1991 through the collaborative efforts of three multilateral institutions (the African Development Bank (AfDB), the World Bank, and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), African governments and bilateral donors. Their objectives are achieved through grant making for human and institutional capacity building. He oversaw an annual budget of $60 million and disbursements of $36 million per annum
